“Investor’s Lifestyle” yeah ok.

Hi,

If you’re like me, you’ve been VERY annoyed with the way property investing has been playing out and the lack of movement in the property market right now.

I really think we’re a lot like each other. When I got involved with investing, I did not want to feel stuck. I wanted the freedom, I wanted the money, I wanted the “investor’s lifestyle”.

My first investment niche was Property. But who knew the investor’s lifestyle consisted of tenants that don’t like to pay rent, mortgage brokers that only think about themselves, solicitors that worry more about their own back than worrying about their clients needs - and don’t get me started about surveyors.

Right now - property has great cash-flow, those of us that came out of fixed rates and went onto variable tracker rates, we’re laughing. One of our properties is currently being rented out for £1150 per month, and the mortgage payment is £69 per month.

That’s £1081 POSITIVE cash-flow. GREAT! but…

What people forget is that we get a few of these years, the majority of the years, most property investors are just on the break even line (due to remortgaging and rate changes).

And during those times, is when we started searching for something else. Something that can work NO MATTER the market condition and provide the same CONSISTENT cash-flow. Isn’t this what an “Investor’s Lifestyle” should consist of? Consitent, un-varying cash-flow?

I have to admit - I hated the stock market, I knew more people that had got poor with the stock market than had got rich. It was all about speculation and the small guy always lost. At least that’s what I thought.

Then we found a strategy (which later became known as The Protected Trader) which allowed us to generate a cash-flow, keep our costs low, and - the BEST PART?

NO TENANTS, NO MORTGAGE BROKERS, NO SOLICITORS! ;)

That was 9 years ago. Here is me today:

I’m not bothered about the property market - because I have a multiple streams of income.

I love the fact that I can continue to expand my property portfolio and subsidize it from my other cash-flow - while other investors struggle for cash-flow - do you think this would give you an advantage?

I love the fact that I can afford to give all my properties for management, I don’t get the phone-calls to change light-bulbs, or that the toilet is clogged. I love it.

I can take  time off when I need it, and I’m not enslaved by my investments.

In-fact I’ve even decided to cut down the number of seminars I’m doing to only 4 a year - why because I can, and I want to enjoy LIFE a little more.

And all this is the year which is poised to be the worst financial TURMOIL year FOREVER?

The Protected Trader gives me a huge option for cash-flow.

And the beauty of it is, It’s not the money that gets me excited - it’s LEARNING how to manage and run a lifestyle with multiple streams of income.

I’m going to be releasing a few in-depth educational videos on how I analyze investment opportunities and I’m going to show you how you can take advantage of opportunities you may not be aware of right now. I’m also going to bring you in-depth with a few of my Protected Trader students to show you how they’ve used their options for multiple streams of income  and how their lives have changed.

Keep an eye out for these free teachings. I do it - because I LOVE teaching this stuff. My way of giving back. I told you - we’re a lot like each other.

Take Care,
