Luckily, I managed to refinance a couple before the credit crunch hit, so am sitting on a small pile of cash that I think would be perfect for this style of investing. Great webinar - I learnt a lot!

I’ve been basing my investments mostly in property and only with this credit crunch have understood the mistake I’m making.

Luckily, I managed to refinance a couple before the credit crunch hit, so am sitting on a small pile of cash that I think would be perfect for this style of investing. Low risk, high returns - just what I need. Actually - just what the wife needs as well.
